SHIPPING

• SkiChains is located in the rural mountains of Colorado and there is no overnight or 2 day shipping available. USPS Priority Express will take a minimum of 3 days.
• All products are shipped via the service selected by the customer. If you need faster shipping please contact us and we can review options.
• Free shipping will be provided through economy ground shipping service providers, usually USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment.

LOCAL PICK UP and DELIVERY

• Local pick and delivery up may be available for Northwest Colorado customers. Please email first to discuss options and delivery charges.

RETURNS

• We want you to love your product! Every item is made to your personalized specifications and returns are not accepted. We will replace products if we made an error. Please contact us immediately so we can work out a solution.
