1. What are your key tags, patches and luggage tags made of?

All our key tags, luggage tags, lip balm holders and patches are made from waterproof canvas — tough enough for ski bags, backpacks, and life in the wild.

2. Can I put any text I want on my item?

Yes, you can be creative. No, you can’t be a jerk.

• Originals Only: We don't reproduce other companies' logos, trademarks, or copyrighted artwork without permission.
• Hate Has No Home Here: If your “custom idea” includes hate speech, discrimination, or anything that targets or harms others, it’ll be declined faster than a gaper yard-saling down a double black diamond.
• Our Promise: We make fun, inclusive gear for good humans who like people… in small, scenic doses.

3. Wholesale & Bulk Order Policy

We love working with ski clubs, resorts, race teams, and corporate partners who share our passion for the mountains (and the chaos that comes with them). Our products are designed and produced with care here in Colorado, with trusted production partners helping us keep up when demand gets big.

• Production & Lead Times:
  • Orders over 100 pieces: typically 1-2 weeks for production
  • Orders requiring out-of-stock fabric: up to 3 weeks

For the most accurate timeline, please contact us before placing your order. Processing times depend on order size and season — during deep ski season (December–March), our shop runs at full throttle and lead times may extend.

  • 11–49 items → 25% discount
  • 50–99 items → 30% discount

• Wholesale Pricing
  • 100+ items → 35% discount

• Sales Tax & Exemptions: Sales tax is calculated and collected through Shopify where applicable. If your organization holds a valid wholesale, resale, or tax-exempt certificate, simply email us a copy after checkout. Once verified, we’ll refund the collected tax to your original payment method.(If you’re not sure what qualifies — don’t worry, we’ve seen every version of “official” paperwork out there. We’ll help you get it right.)

4. Do you offer wholesale pricing on reorders? 

Yes — returning wholesale customers can reorder previous designs at wholesale rates without meeting the 100-piece minimum.

Reorders must be for an existing design from a past wholesale order, with a minimum of 20 pieces per color. The 35% wholesale discount will automatically apply once that reorder is confirmed.

This policy is reserved for established wholesale partners and helps us keep pricing consistent while making it easier to restock your bestsellers quickly.

5. Why are wholesale prices better here?

Each sales platform has its own transaction and processing fees, which affect final pricing. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces include those additional platform costs, while purchases made directly through SkiChains.com reflect our standard pricing.

For verified retailers, resorts, and teams, the SkiChains.com wholesale site is the best place to order — direct pricing, fewer platform fees, and more customization options.

6. Need it fast?

We’ll always do our best to hit your timeline. Rush orders may be available depending on current workload and fabric supply.

For large or time-sensitive projects, please reach out early — deep powder might slow our sleds, but it doesn’t stop them.
